DESCRIPTION:Perry High School iJAG is hosting a Mobile Blood Drive on Friday\, November 14th\, 9am-2pm at the Perry High School\, with mobile donation center in front of the Perry Performing Arts Center.\n\n\n\nAll are welcome to participate.\n\n	Bring some form of identification \n	Students must have signed parent consent form \n\nDonation Process\n\n\n	Registration: donors will provide information\n	History Screening: donors will complete a health and lifestyle questionnaire\, then will get a mini-physical\n	Donation: collecting a unit of blood takes about 5-10 minutes\n	Recovery: donors will rest in the snack area and enjoy refreshments\n\nHos to Prepare\n\n\n	Drink plenty of fluids in advance\; hydration is key to a positive experience\n	Eat a good meal beforehand\; do not donate on an empty stomach\n	More salt: incorporate a bit more salt into your meals and snacks on the day of your donation\n	Rest: get plenty of rest prior to your donation
