This fall, Tween Zone is a weekly library program for students in 3rd through 5th grades, every Tuesday from 4:00 pm to 5:00 pm in the Community Room! Each week will include a fun activity. We may make crafts, play games, or even watch a movie! Our October activities include:
October 1 - We will make candy sushi with Rice Krispy Treats, Fruit Roll-Ups, and other tasty treats. October 8 - We will make Halloween crafts.
October 15 - We will read and create our own scary stories.
October 22 - We will make magic wands.
October 29 (4:00 pm to 5:45 pm) - We will watch a PG-rated Halloween-themed movie featuring mischievous witches. Please note that the program will last as long as the movie this day, which is 1 hour and 36 minutes.
