Perry, March 24, 2026 – The second round of the Big Boom Bracket Battle brought in just over $1000 for Perry’s 4th of July fireworks drive, bringing total fundraising efforts to $2,737. After a second week of collecting donations for the bracket style contest, the Chamber has announced who will be advancing as the Firecracker 4!

Perry, March 10, 2026 – The Perry Chamber of Commerce received more than 50 nominations from the community for the Big Boom Bracket Battle, a bracket-style contest matching up community members for the sake of fundraising for Perry’s 4th of July fireworks show.
