Matched Funds Increase IRDC Small Business Grant Funding, Perry Chamber Foundation Accepting Applications until December 31st  Perry, December 23, 2024 – The Perry Chamber Foundation was one of four recipients of grant funding from the Iowa Rural Development Council (IRDC) for a pilot Rural Business Initiative (RBI).
