JOB DESCRIPTION:
McKee RV is seeking energetic, motivated RV Sales Associates to join our growing team.
PRIMARY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Follow our trusted door to deal sales process
- Work with an Industry leading team to sell new and used RVs with highest quality customer experience
- Conduct effective demonstration of units
- Close sales effectively by working closely with F&I team
- Follow up and commit to a no-pressure, high integrity approach with each customer
- Stay on top of market trends, the RV industry and current dealership inventory
- Attend RV Shows and location events as needed
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, & ABILITIES:
- Demonstrated excellent oral and written communications skills, along with excellent interpersonal skills
- Solid Communication skills
- Ability to work flexible hours, as required is essential. Hours may include, evenings, and weekends
- Ability to multi task in a fast paced environment
- Reliable and strong work ethic
- Commitment to superior customer service
- Ability to work independently as well as on a team
- Self-motivated and able to work under minimal supervision
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
Education: High School Diploma or equivalent
License or Certification: Valid driver’s license is required
Years of Experience: A minimum of one year RV sales experience preferred. Experience in RV or automotive dealership environment is preferred.
MACHINES, TOOLS, EQUIPMENT & SOFTWARE USED:
- Usual office equipment including computer, phone, fax machine, copier and calculator
- MS Office including Word, Excel and Outlook
- Company system applications; ADP, Systems2K
- Standard office software such as Explorer, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Other software as applicable
WORK ENVIRONMENT:
Sales Specialists are exposed to the following conditions:
- Slippery floors
- Occasional exposure to extreme temperatures and weather
TYPICAL PHYSICAL DEMANDS:
- Ability to move RV’s of various sizes as needed
- Ability to organize various physical tasks through adjusting, connecting, lifting, pulling, pushing, or bending
- Ability to climb ladders, bend or stand for long periods of time. In addition, individuals must be able to reach above shoulders and lift a minimum of 50 pounds
